Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new customers, promote products/services, achieve sales targets, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, field visits, references, networking, and other sales channels.
Identify prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Present and explain products/services, features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers as required.
Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines and close sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, enquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns when required.
