Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Physics Faculty to teach Physics concepts effectively, develop students’ conceptual understanding, conduct practical sessions, and prepare students for academic and competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Physics lectures according to the prescribed curriculum.
Explain fundamental and advanced Physics concepts using practical examples and demonstrations.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, assignments, and question papers.
Conduct laboratory sessions and practical experiments safely and effectively.
Solve numerical problems and develop students’ analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Prepare students for board examinations and competitive entrance examinations as applicable.
Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-solving sessions.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Identify students’ learning gaps and provide additional academic support.
Maintain attendance, academic records, and performance reports.
Stay updated with changes in syllabus, examination patterns, and teaching methodologies.
Encourage students to participate in academic activities, projects, and science-related events.
Coordinate with parents, academic coordinators, and other faculty members when required.
Key Skills & Technical Requirements
Required Skills Strong command of Physics concepts and numerical problem-solving. Excellent teaching and classroom-management skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good knowledge of educational technology and online teaching tools. Student-focused and result-oriented approach. Ability to create effective study and revision plans.
