GATE Faculty

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate GATE Faculty to train and mentor engineering students preparing for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, developing study materials, conducting assessments, and guiding students towards achieving excellent results in competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Training
Deliver classroom and/or online sessions for GATE aspirants.
Teach core engineering subjects as per the assigned discipline (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Instrumentation, Chemical, etc.).
Explain concepts, theories, and problem-solving techniques effectively.
Conduct doubt-solving and revision sessions.
Content Development
Prepare lecture notes, presentations, assignments, and practice questions.
Develop test papers and mock examinations based on the latest GATE pattern.
Update study materials according to syllabus changes and examination trends.
Student Mentoring
Guide students in exam preparation strategies and time management.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Motivate students to improve performance and achieve academic goals.
Assessment & Evaluation
Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance.
Analyse results and identify areas for improvement.
Provide performance reports and recommendations to students and management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in the relevant engineering discipline.
M.E./M.Tech preferred.
Qualified GATE candidate with a strong academic record preferred.
1-5 years of teaching, mentoring, or industry experience.
Strong command over the relevant engineering subjects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in GATE, ESE, PSUs, or competitive exam coaching.
Ability to simplify complex engineering concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
Good student engagement and classroom management skills.

Experience
1-5 Years (Teaching/Industry Experience)
