Engineering Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Execution

• ✓ Technical Supervision: Leading a team of technicians or junior engineers to execute daily production or construction targets.
• ✓ Troubleshooting: Identifying technical glitches in machinery, systems, or designs and implementing immediate corrective actions.
• ✓ Quality Control: Conducting regular inspections to ensure all outputs meet ISO standards or specific client blueprints.

2. Project & Vendor Management

• ✓ Resource Planning: Estimating the requirement for raw materials, tools, and manpower for specific project phases.
• ✓ Vendor Coordination: Communicating with external suppliers for material procurement and verifying the quality of incoming technical components.
• ✓ Timeline Tracking: Monitoring project schedules and reporting any potential delays to the Senior Manager.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• ✓ MIS Reporting: Preparing and maintaining daily progress reports (DPR), material consumption sheets, and performance metrics.
• ✓ Safety Management: Enforcing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards on the floor or site to prevent accidents.
