Civil Engineer (Male)

Key Responsibilities

Site Survey & Layout: Conducting initial measurements of hospital wings or factory floors to determine the best placement for heavy equipment.

• ✓ Structural Analysis: Calculating load-bearing capacities for floors (e.g., can a hospital floor support a massive medical gas tank or an industrial boiler?).

Trenching & Piping Layouts: Designing the underground or overhead routes for gas pipelines, electrical conduits, and drainage systems.

• ✓ Material Selection: Choosing high-grade, non-corrosive, or clinical grade construction materials that meet healthcare sanitation standards.
• ✓ Contractor Management: Supervising external masons, tilers, and plumbers to ensure they follow technical blueprints precisely.
• ✓ Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Preparing detailed estimates of materials (cement, steel, specialized coatings) and labor costs for project bidding.
