Job Summary
The Interior Supervisor is responsible for overseeing interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites, ensuring that all activities are completed according to design specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, architects, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out and finishing activities at project sites.
Monitor work progress to ensure completion within approved schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure all interior works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and identify any defects or deviations from project requirements.
Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of required resources.
Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Resolve site-related issues and provide technical guidance to workers and contractors.
Participate in project meetings and provide status updates to management.
Verify completed work before client handover.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
2-8 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or project supervision.
Knowledge of interior finishing materials, furniture installation, ceiling works, flooring, partitioning, painting, and MEP coordination.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and layouts.
Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
Preferred Skills
Experience in commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, or office fit-out projects.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and interior project management processes.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Vendor and contractor management experience.
