Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with a passion for sales and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition.
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes is preferred.
