Job Title: Delivery Boy / Delivery Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and responsible Delivery Executives to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers. The role involves picking up orders, delivering them safely, maintaining customer satisfaction, and following delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver orders to customers within assigned areas.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/packages.
Verify delivery details and collect payments when required.
Maintain delivery records and update delivery status through mobile applications.
Handle products carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
Communicate with customers professionally regarding deliveries.
Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
Adhere to traffic rules and company policies.
Report any delivery issues or customer concerns to the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Own bike/scooter preferred (if required by the company).
Basic knowledge of local routes and navigation apps.
Ability to use a smartphone for delivery applications.
