Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth through customer acquisition, product promotion, and relationship management. The role involves generating leads, meeting prospective customers, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Promote and sell company products and services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct product presentations and sales demonstrations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, Real Estate, or Direct Sales.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
