Job Title: Pipe Fitter
Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Pipe Fitters to install, assemble, maintain, and repair piping systems used in construction, industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have experience working with different types of pipes and fittings while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret piping drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Measure, cut, thread, bend, and fit pipes according to project requirements.
Install and assemble pipelines, valves, pumps, and related equipment.
Inspect piping systems and identify defects or leaks.
Perform maintenance and repair work on existing pipe systems.
Test piping systems for pressure, leakage, and functionality.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely.
Follow workplace safety standards and site regulations.
Coordinate with welders, fabricators, supervisors, and other construction personnel.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass preferred.
ITI in Fitter, Plumber, Pipe Fitter, or related trade is an advantage.
Experience in piping installation, maintenance, or industrial construction preferred.
Ability to read basic technical drawings and measurements.
Physically fit and capable of working on construction and industrial sites.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of MS, GI, SS, HDPE, and PVC piping systems.
Experience in industrial, oil & gas, power plant, or construction projects.
Understanding of piping tools, fittings, and installation techniques.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Awareness of occupational health and safety requirements.
