Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller with 1-2 years of experience to manage outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, handle customer inquiries, and support business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM or database systems.
Schedule appointments, meetings, or service visits as required.
Achieve assigned call, lead generation, and conversion targets.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Prepare daily call reports and maintain activity records.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, lead generation, or a related role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Experience with CRM software and telecalling systems.
