Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Team Leader (TL) with 1-2 years of team handling or supervisory experience to lead, guide, and support a team in achieving organizational goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to drive team performance and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor daily team activities and ensure productivity goals are met.
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members for performance improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management.
Resolve team-related issues and escalate critical concerns when necessary.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a Team Leader, Senior Executive, Supervisory, or equivalent role.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
Experience in target-driven environments such as Sales, Recruitment, Customer Service, Recovery, or Operations.
Knowledge of performance management and team development techniques.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Good conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with CRM, ERP, ATS, or process management systems.
