Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Factory Supervisor to supervise daily production activities, manage workers, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth and timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily factory and production activities.
Allocate work to operators and workers according to production requirements.
Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are achieved on time.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Monitor product quality and coordinate with the Quality Department.
Identify production issues and take corrective action.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and attendance records.
Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are used properly.
Coordinate with maintenance for machine breakdowns and repairs.
Ensure workers follow safety rules and company procedures.
Maintain discipline and productivity on the shop floor.
Coordinate with stores, quality, maintenance, and management teams.
Report daily production status and operational issues to management.
