Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Bending Operator with 1–3 years of experience in operating CNC press brake/bending machines. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, bending operations, quality inspection, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC press brake/bending machines for sheet metal components.
Set up machines, tools, dies, and bending parameters as per drawings.
Read and understand engineering drawings and bending specifications.
Load and unload sheet metal/components safely.
Set and adjust machine programs, angles, dimensions, and back gauge settings.
Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
Measure components using vernier caliper, measuring tape, angle gauge, and other instruments.
Identify and correct bending defects and dimensional variations.
Maintain production quantity and quality as per schedule.
Perform routine machine checks and maintain a clean work area.
Follow safety procedures and company production standards.
Maintain production and machine-related records.
