Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CO2 / TIG Welder with 1–3 years of experience in welding and fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for performing quality welding operations as per drawings, specifications, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Perform CO2 (MIG/MAG) and TIG welding on various metal components.
Read and understand engineering drawings and welding specifications.
Set welding machines, current, voltage, gas flow, and other parameters.
Prepare, fit, align, and weld components as per required dimensions.
Perform welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and other suitable materials.
Inspect weld joints for quality, strength, and appearance.
Identify and rectify welding defects such as porosity, cracks, undercut, and uneven welds.
Maintain proper welding speed, technique, and heat control.
Handle welding equipment, tools, and consumables safely.
Maintain production targets while ensuring quality standards.
Keep the work area clean and follow safety procedures.
