Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers and understand their product requirements.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
Recommend suitable products and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain product displays, stock visibility, and showroom/store presentation.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Coordinate with billing, inventory, and other departments for smooth order processing.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Support promotional activities and product campaigns.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
