Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Delivery Executive to deliver products, documents, parcels, or orders safely and on time. The candidate should have good knowledge of local routes, basic smartphone skills, and a professional attitude toward customers.

Key Responsibilities
Collect products, parcels, documents, or orders from the designated location.
Deliver items safely and within the scheduled delivery time.
Verify delivery details, customer information, quantity, and condition of items before dispatch.
Plan efficient delivery routes and follow assigned delivery schedules.
Collect cash, digital payments, or other required payments from customers when applicable.
Obtain delivery confirmation, signatures, or digital proof of delivery.
Handle products and packages carefully to prevent damage or loss.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery timings and locations.
Resolve routine delivery-related queries and escalate issues when required.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, payments, and customer acknowledgements.
Return undelivered, rejected, or damaged items according to company procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
Follow traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies.
Report delays, accidents, vehicle issues, or delivery problems to the supervisor.
Achieve assigned daily delivery targets and maintain service quality.
