Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Incharge to supervise and coordinate day-to-day field operations, manage field staff, monitor work progress, and ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily field activities and operations.
Allocate work and responsibilities to field staff and ensure timely completion.
Monitor attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity of field employees.
Conduct regular field visits and inspect ongoing work.
Ensure work is carried out according to company procedures, quality standards, and schedules.
Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
Resolve day-to-day operational and field-level issues.
Maintain records of field activities, manpower, materials, and work progress.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field operation reports.
Monitor the availability and proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Handle customer or site-related concerns and escalate major issues to management.
Train and guide field staff whenever required.
Monitor productivity and ensure achievement of operational targets.
