Job Summary
We are seeking hardworking and responsible Module Cleaning Helpers to support the cleaning and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. The role involves ensuring solar panels remain free from dust, dirt, bird droppings, and other debris to maximise energy generation and maintain plant efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Module Cleaning Activities
Clean solar PV modules using approved cleaning methods and equipment.
Remove dust, dirt, leaves, bird droppings, and other obstructions from solar panels.
Assist in carrying and handling cleaning tools, hoses, and equipment.
Follow cleaning schedules to ensure maximum solar plant performance.
Ensure proper water utilisation during cleaning activities.
Site Support
Assist technicians and supervisors in routine maintenance activities.
Report damaged modules, loose connections, or any unusual observations to supervisors.
Support housekeeping and cleanliness of the solar plant premises.
Help in maintaining cleaning records and daily work logs.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all workplace safety guidelines and site instructions.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, helmets, and safety belts where required.
Maintain safe working practices while working at heights or near electrical equipment.
Report accidents, unsafe conditions, or hazards immediately.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass preferred.
Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor work.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in solar plant cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance support, or labour work.
Familiarity with solar power plant operations will be an advantage.
Experience working in industrial, construction, or utility environments.
