Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Production Engineer to manage and monitor manufacturing processes, achieve production targets, improve productivity, and ensure quality and safety standards. The candidate should have strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
Monitor production processes and optimize manpower, machines, materials, and resources.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and other departments for smooth production.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Improve production efficiency and reduce downtime, rejection, and material wastage.
Monitor machine utilization and production performance.
Ensure products are manufactured according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Implement process improvements, productivity improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Support new product development, process trials, and production setup activities.
Ensure proper documentation of production processes, work instructions, and records.
Train and guide operators and production staff on processes and safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and company policies.
Conduct root-cause analysis for production-related issues and implement preventive actions.
