Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / M365 Migration Engineer to plan, execute, and support Microsoft 365 migrations and cloud infrastructure projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Perform mailbox migrations from on-premises Exchange and other email platforms to Exchange Online.
Configure and manage Microsoft 365 tenants, users, groups, licenses, and security settings.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity synchronization, authentication, and access controls.
Configure and troubleshoot Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
Handle tenant-to-tenant migrations and hybrid migration environments.
Configure and troubleshoot Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect synchronization.
Support DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration during email migrations.
Develop migration plans, test plans, cutover strategies, and rollback procedures.
Perform pre-migration assessments and post-migration validation.
Troubleshoot migration failures, mail flow, authentication, synchronization, and connectivity issues.
Work with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.
Maintain project documentation, migration reports, and technical procedures.
Ensure data security, compliance, and minimal business disruption during migrations.
