Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliable operation of plant machinery, equipment, and utilities. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment improvement, and minimizing machine downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment as applicable.
Monitor machine performance and identify potential equipment failures.
Maintain machinery, production equipment, utilities, and other plant assets.
Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.
Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintenance materials.
Supervise maintenance technicians and guide them during repair activities.
Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and equipment history records.
Support installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of machinery.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance work.
Monitor maintenance costs and support initiatives for cost reduction.
Conduct regular inspections of machines and identify maintenance requirements.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices in the maintenance area.
