Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliable operation of plant machinery, equipment, and utility systems. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and improving equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Monitor the performance and condition of machinery and production equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures.
Attend breakdowns promptly and minimize machine downtime.
Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and checklists.
Identify recurring equipment problems and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without affecting production.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, machine history cards, and spare-parts records.
Ensure availability of critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance consumables.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment repair and maintenance.
Support installation, commissioning, modification, and relocation of machinery.
Monitor equipment efficiency and recommend improvements to increase reliability and productivity.
Ensure proper lubrication, inspection, alignment, and servicing of machines.
Follow electrical, mechanical, and workplace safety procedures during maintenance activities.
Support audits and ensure compliance with applicable maintenance and safety standards.
Train and guide technicians and maintenance staff when required.
