Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Officer to manage field activities, conduct regular visits, coordinate with customers and field teams, collect information, and ensure assigned operational targets are achieved efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits as per assigned schedule and territory.
Execute and monitor field-level activities according to company requirements.
Coordinate with customers, field staff, vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Generate leads, collect field information, or support business activities as applicable.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, customer interactions, activities, and outcomes.
Identify field-level issues and take appropriate corrective action.
Escalate major operational, customer, or service-related issues to management.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources at assigned locations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field reports.
Maintain good relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
Follow up on pending activities, service requests, payments, documents, or customer requirements.
Support implementation of company projects, campaigns, and operational initiatives.
Achieve assigned field targets and performance objectives.
