Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Engineer to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering projects and systems. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and improve engineering solutions and systems.
Analyse technical requirements and prepare project specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.
Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment and processes.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and drawings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders and team members.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Industrial, Chemical, Computer Science, or related discipline).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of engineering principles, tools, and methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with project management and technical documentation.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with CAD, CAM, PLC, SCADA, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or other relevant engineering tools depending on the discipline.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience
Graduate Engineer: Freshers to 2 years of experience.
Engineer: 2 to 5 years of experience.
Senior Engineer: 5+ years of relevant experience.
