Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in maintaining CNC, VMC, and SPM machines. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of production machinery.

Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance of CNC, VMC, and SPM machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot machine breakdowns and faults.
Handle preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot motors, sensors, contactors, relays, drives, PLC panels, and control circuits.
Perform mechanical maintenance of gearboxes, bearings, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Attend emergency breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and breakdown reports.
Coordinate with production teams for machine maintenance and repairs.
Ensure proper functioning of machine safety systems.
Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of machines.
Maintain required maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables.
Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
