Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and creative Design Engineer to develop, modify, and improve engineering designs based on customer requirements, technical specifications, and manufacturing standards. The candidate should have strong knowledge of CAD software, engineering drawings, and product development processes.

Key Responsibilities
Create and modify 2D and 3D engineering drawings using CAD software.
Develop product, component, machine, or assembly designs as per project requirements.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, BOMs, and design documentation.
Review customer requirements and convert them into practical engineering designs.
Ensure designs meet functional, dimensional, quality, safety, and manufacturing requirements.
Perform basic engineering calculations and material selection where required.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and other departments for design feasibility and implementation.
Support prototype development, testing, and design validation.
Identify design issues and implement appropriate modifications.
Maintain revision control and proper documentation of engineering drawings.
Review existing designs and suggest improvements for cost, quality, performance, and manufacturability.
Assist in resolving production and assembly issues related to design.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for design-related technical requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and customer specifications.
Participate in new product development and continuous improvement projects
