Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Laser Machine Operator to operate CNC laser cutting machines for accurate and efficient cutting of sheet metal and other materials. The candidate should have knowledge of machine operation, drawing reading, job setting, and quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC laser cutting machines safely and efficiently.
Set up machines according to job requirements, drawings, and production schedules.
Load and unload sheet metal and other materials onto the machine.
Select and set appropriate cutting parameters such as speed, power, gas pressure, and focus.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and cutting layouts.
Check CNC programs and nesting layouts before starting production.
Monitor machine operation and ensure smooth production.
Inspect cut components for dimensions, accuracy, burrs, and overall quality.
Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Maintain proper material identification and job traceability.
Ensure optimum material utilization and minimize material wastage.
Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine operator-level maintenance.
Follow production targets, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
Maintain production records and report completed quantities and rejection details.
