Job Summary

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, train, deploy, and maintain machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The candidate will work with data, develop predictive models, integrate AI capabilities into applications, and continuously improve model performance.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models for business applications.
Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
Develop and optimize supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
Perform feature engineering, model training, validation, and performance evaluation.
Work with Python and ML libraries/frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Develop AI solutions using NLP, computer vision, generative AI, or predictive analytics as required.
Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
Monitor model performance and implement model improvements and retraining.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Developers, Product Teams, and Business Teams.
Develop APIs and integrate AI/ML models with existing software applications.
Conduct experiments and evaluate different algorithms and approaches.
Maintain technical documentation for models, datasets, processes, and deployments.
Follow best practices related to data security, model quality, scalability, and responsible AI.
Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
