Education: ITI – Fitter / Electrician / Mechanical Trade or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Pump Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of industrial and commercial pumps and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair pumps and pumping systems.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of pumps.
Diagnose mechanical faults, abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, and performance issues.
Dismantle and assemble pumps, motors, bearings, seals, shafts, and related components.
Check and replace mechanical seals, bearings, gaskets, couplings, and other worn parts.
Perform pump alignment and ensure proper installation.
Monitor pump performance, pressure, flow, and operating conditions.
Troubleshoot issues in centrifugal, submersible, diaphragm, and other types of pumps.
Maintain maintenance records and breakdown reports.
Coordinate with electrical and maintenance teams for equipment-related issues.
Follow safety procedures while working on machinery and rotating equipment.
Ensure tools, spare parts, and maintenance equipment are properly maintained.
Support preventive maintenance schedules and minimize equipment downtime.
