Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and technically inclined Trainee Technicians to join our production and maintenance team. The candidate will receive on-the-job training and assist senior technicians with machine operation, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior technicians in production, maintenance, and machine-related activities.
Learn and perform basic machine operation and equipment handling.
Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Support installation, assembly, fitting, and repair activities.
Use basic hand tools and measuring instruments safely.
Identify and report machine or equipment abnormalities.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas properly.
Follow production, quality, and safety procedures.
Maintain basic maintenance and production records.
Work effectively with supervisors and team members.
