Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Wireman with hands-on experience in control panel wiring, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. The candidate should be able to read electrical drawings and perform panel wiring accurately as per specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical wiring and assembly of control panels as per electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Read and understand electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and panel layouts.
Wire control panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, PLC panels, and automation panels as required.
Install and connect MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, timers, terminals, switches, sensors, and other electrical components.
Perform cable dressing, ferruling, crimping, termination, and routing.
Ensure proper wire numbering, tagging, and termination.
Carry out continuity checks, insulation checks, and basic panel testing.
Identify and rectify wiring errors and electrical faults.
Assist in panel testing and commissioning activities.
Follow electrical safety procedures and company quality standards.
Maintain proper tools, equipment, and work area.
Coordinate with electrical engineers, supervisors, and production teams.
Ensure work is completed within the required production schedule.
