Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, process transactions, and support statutory compliance. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and expense entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
Maintain general ledger, cash book, purchase book, and sales book.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related data and records.
Assist in GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory filings.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up as required.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation of accounting records and supporting documents.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve routine issues.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
