Can I apply for jobs without creating an account?
Yes! Candidates can apply for job openings directly by filling out the application form on the job details page. However, registering a Candidate account allows you to save jobs, track application statuses, and upload a default resume for 1-click applications.
How do I track my job application status?
Log into your Candidate Dashboard and navigate to the "Applied Jobs" tab. You will see real-time updates (Pending Review, Under Review, Shortlisted, or Rejected) along with email updates whenever the recruiter updates your application status.
Why is my posted job status showing as "Pending Admin Approval"?
To maintain quality and prevent spam, all job posts submitted by recruiters require admin review and approval before appearing publicly on the website. Once approved by our admin team, your job listing goes live immediately and you receive an email confirmation.
How do I review applicant resumes and change application status?
In your Recruiter Dashboard under the "View Applicants" tab, you can view candidate details, download resumes, contact candidates directly, and update their application status to Shortlisted, Under Review, or Rejected.
Is Global Jobs free to use?
Yes! Candidates can browse, save, and apply to job openings for free. Employers and recruiters can register and post job openings seamlessly.
