Job Title: Mason (Civil Mason / Construction Mason)
Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled and hardworking Masons to carry out brickwork, blockwork, plastering, concrete finishing, and other masonry activities on construction projects. The candidate should be familiar with construction methods, site safety practices, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lay bricks, concrete blocks, stones, and other building materials.
Construct walls, foundations, partitions, and other structures as per drawings.
Perform plastering, flooring, tiling, and finishing work as required.
Mix cement, mortar, and concrete according to specifications.
Check alignment, level, and dimensions of masonry work.
Repair and maintain existing masonry structures.
Follow construction drawings and supervisor instructions.
Maintain quality standards and workplace safety.
Coordinate with carpenters, steel fixers, and other construction workers.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass preferred.
Experience in masonry, bricklaying, plastering, or civil construction work.
Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements.
Physically fit and capable of working on construction sites.
Knowledge of construction tools and materials.
Preferred Skills
Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
Knowledge of brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and concrete finishing.
Understanding of construction safety standards.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
