Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and responsible Accounts Cum Stores Officer to manage day-to-day accounting activities along with stores, inventory, material inward/outward, and stock records.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, purchase bills, and related documents.
Handle cash, bank, customer, and vendor transactions as required.
Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and material documentation.
Manage material inward and outward entries and verify quantities.
Receive materials and check them against purchase orders and invoices.
Issue materials to production/other departments as per approved requirements.
Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excess inventory.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Coordinate with purchase, production, accounts, and vendors.
Maintain proper filing of accounting and stores documents.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting activities.
Prepare stock, purchase, consumption, and accounts-related reports.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.
Key Skills & Technical Requirements
Required Skills - Good knowledge of basic accounting principles. Knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel. Understanding of inventory and stores management. Good knowledge of invoices

and stock records. Strong reconciliation and documentation skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
