Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, audits, and day-to-day financial activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, taxation, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations.
Supervise accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and review Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and cash-flow statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, customer, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations.
Review and verify accounting transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up.
Manage cash flow, petty cash, and banking transactions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
Coordinate and support internal, statutory, tax, and financial audits.
Identify accounting discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
Develop and maintain effective internal financial controls.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
Provide financial information and analysis to management for decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
