Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined and analytical Equity Trader to execute buy and sell orders in equity markets, monitor market movements, analyze trading opportunities, and manage trading activities in accordance with defined strategies and risk parameters.

Key Responsibilities
Execute equity trades accurately and efficiently as per approved trading strategies.
Monitor stock prices, market trends, indices, volumes, and market news.
Conduct technical and fundamental analysis to identify potential trading opportunities.
Track intraday and positional market movements.
Monitor open positions, orders, and portfolio exposure.
Follow defined risk-management and trading limits.
Maintain accurate records of trades, positions, profits, and losses.
Analyze trading performance and prepare regular reports.
Monitor corporate announcements, economic developments, and other market-moving events.
Coordinate with research, operations, compliance, and other relevant teams.
Ensure all trading activities comply with company policies and applicable market regulations.
Continuously evaluate and improve trading strategies based on market performance.
Maintain strict confidentiality of trading and client-related information.
