Enclosure & Structure Design: Create detailed 3D structural models and 2D fabrication drawings of panel enclosures (floor-mounted, wall-mounted, or outdoor kiosks) factoring in sheet metal thickness, louvers, gaskets, and door hinges.
✓Sheet Metal Flat Layouts: Generate accurate unfolded/flat patterns of sheet metal parts with exact bend deductions for CNC laser cutting and turret punch press operations.
Busbar Routing & Integration: Design and layout copper/aluminum busbar systems, ensuring proper mechanical clearances, short-circuit structural support, and alignment with components like ACB, MCCB, and SFU.
✓General Arrangement (GA) Drawings: Prepare GA drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD) representations, component mounting layouts, and internal sectional views for client approvals.
Bill of Materials (BOM) & Cost Optimization: Generate complete and error-free manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM) including sheet metal weight, busbar weight, structural hardware, and powder-coating surface calculations.
✓Shop-Floor Coordination: Collaborate closely with the fabrication shop, welding team, and assembly operators to resolve real-time design issues and integrate design changes based on proto-testing.
