● Good knowledge in Network Troubleshooting.

Job Description :

● Handling day to day Network related issues.

● Router and Switch Configuration.

● Speak to customers via Phone and email for initial troubleshooting capture and updates regarding issues.

● Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving network related issues.

● Network performance monitoring to decide whether any changes are required.

● Coordination with the field team for link related issues.

● Establishing and maintaining network performance.

● Provide remote support to on-site engineers, users/customers.

● Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
