✓Process Development and Implementation: Design and implement new production processes, layouts, and equipment setups to improve efficiency, safety, and quality. This includes process validation and documentation.
✓Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and quality problems in a timely and effective manner. Implement corrective and preventive actions.
✓Equipment Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of production equipment. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
✓Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives related to materials, labor, energy consumption, and waste reduction in the production process.
✓Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality control department to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the production process. Implement process controls to ensure consistent product quality.
