✓Counseling and Guidance: Serving as a primary point of contact for prospective students. They answer questions about the admissions process, academic programs, financial aid, and campus life.
✓Communication: Corresponding with applicants, counselors, and parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings. They ensure all parties are kept informed about application status and deadlines.
✓Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of all applicant data in an admissions management system. They may also assist in generating reports on application trends and enrollment statistics.
✓Committee Participation: Collaborating with other admissions staff and faculty members to make final admissions decisions.
