✓Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment to ensure the project remains within budget.
✓Scheduling: Establish and monitor construction work schedules and deadlines, managing project resources effectively.
✓Construction Supervision: Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring that work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
