Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of a Technician often include:

• ✓ Maintenance: Performing routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.

Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical faults, malfunctions, or system errors using specialized tools and diagnostic techniques.

Repair & Replacement: Executing necessary repairs, adjusting components, or replacing faulty parts and equipment accurately and efficiently.

Installation & Testing: Installing new machinery, equipment, or systems and conducting thorough tests and calibrations to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.

• ✓ Documentation: Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all maintenance, service, repair activities, and inventory of tools and parts.

Safety & Compliance: Adhering strictly to all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company procedures.

• ✓ Collaboration: Working closely with engineers, supervisors, and other staff to coordinate work, share technical expertise, and resolve complex issues.
• ✓ Technical Support: Providing technical guidance and support to users, clients, or other team members as needed.
