✓Concept Development: Creating initial sketches and layouts based on project briefs and functional requirements.
3D Modeling & Drafting: Developing detailed 3D parts and assemblies, as well as 2D manufacturing drawings (including GD&T).
✓Engineering Analysis: Conducting Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to test for structural integrity, heat, or fluid flow.
✓BOM Management: Creating and maintaining the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each project to ensure accurate procurement.
✓Prototyping: Overseeing the creation of prototypes and conducting Fit and Function testing.
✓Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Refining designs to simplify assembly and reduce manufacturing costs (Design for Assembly/Manufacturing).
