Hiring Freshers – Software Tester – Nashik

Key Responsibilities

 Understand project requirements and create test cases, test scenarios, and test

data.

 Execute manual test cases to identify bugs, usability issues, or performance

bottlenecks.

 Report and document defects clearly using bug-tracking tools such as JIRA,

Bugzilla, or Trello.

 Work closely with developers to ensure issues are resolved and verified.

 Perform different types of testing such as functional, regression, integration,

smoke, and UI testing.

 Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation and test reports.

 Contribute to automation testing tasks (if applicable) using tools like

Selenium, Postman, or JMeter (optional for freshers).
