We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to join our team in Nashik. This role is crucial for managing our human capital effectively and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  Recruitment and Selection: Actively participate in the hiring process by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads to identify staffing needs.

  Employee Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they understand company policies and culture through orientations and training sessions.

  Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation systems that encourage staff development and address performance issues.

• ✓

  Employee Relations: Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication between staff and management.

  HR Policies Development: Help create and update HR policies to comply with labor laws and enhance the workplace experience, ensuring clarity and fairness.

  Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Required Skills and Expectations

  A Master’s degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) or Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is mandatory.
