✓Engineering Calculations: Perform precise technical calculations for cable sizing, voltage drop, short circuit analysis, capacitor bank requirements, and protective earthing/lightning protection networks.
Drafting & Schematics: Develop detailed 2D electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs), power schematics, conduit routing layout plans, and panel schedules using AutoCAD.
BOQ & Tendering: Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ), detailed material specifications, cost estimations, and technical data sheets for vendor tendering and procurement.
Codes & Compliance: Ensure all electrical engineering designs strictly conform to the National Electrical Code (NEC), National Building Code (NBC), Indian Electricity (IE) Rules, and local state electricity board regulations (e.g., MSEDCL guidelines).
✓Site Coordination: Review shop drawings submitted by electrical contractors on-site, address technical queries (RFIs), and conduct periodic site inspections to ensure installation matches design specifications.
