Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential leads and answer incoming customer inquiries in a professional manner.

Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify sales prospects, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team.

• ✓ Product Knowledge: Understand company offerings thoroughly to explain benefits and answer prospective client queries clearly.
• ✓ Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and status updates in the CRM software.
• ✓ Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with customers through active listening and effective objection handling.
• ✓ Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) for call volume, lead conversions, and sales targets.
