Quality Engineer Fresher

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required standards of quality. You will work at our office in Nashik and collaborate closely with other teams to improve processes and products.

  Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within production processes and recommend solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.

  Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as production and design, to address quality concerns and implement changes as needed.

Required Skills and Expectations

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E). We expect strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify quality issues effectively. Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools will be beneficial. Good communication skills are crucial for collaborating with team members and reporting findings. A proactive attitude toward learning and improving is important, especially for those with 0-1 years of experience.
